Weight Training

As a personal trainer/massage therapist you will have the best of both. I train clients at their home or health club. Your workouts are tailored to your lifestyle and goals. I include kettlebells and many controlled "core" related exercises with unique and proper breathing techniques.

It is recommended that you work out at least twice a week to maintain optimum health and strength.
